The hotel experience had its downsides. Rooms were a bit small and could benefit from a refresh. The check-in process was confusing, as the hotel was misidentified under a different chain, leading to some initial frustration. The breakfast area had chipped tables .

we appreciated rooms with a very comfortable bed. location: the hotel was so close to the center. popped in jakers bar and grill for shots before sleep, it was at a moderate distance from the venue.

Excellent and attentive staff, had comfortable stay!!!
Reasonably priced room, everything was excellent! The location was excellent close to restaurants. I randomly popped in Cold Stone Creamery serving some pastries, located at walking distance from the hotel, it was nice.

The queen room was clean and well-equipped with a microwave and refrigerator, convenient for work-related tasks. The breakfast was great with a variety of hot choices, and the available oversized vehicle parking was a plus for my larger vehicle. A solid spot for business travelers.

Breakfast was super tasty 🥞 The staff were so helpful. Just wished the rooms were a bit larger, though. A small trade-off for a comfy bed and clean space.

The staff was cute and made us feel right at
Home. The queen room wasvery comfy and tidy. While the bathrooms were a bit snug, the breakfast options offered a nice variety and helped save us time. Just wish there was more seating during peak hours.

Clean and comfy room, great mattress. Excellent breakfast - waffles, oatmeal, pastries, bagels, toast, cereal, biscuits and gravy, juice, tea, coffee, fresh fruit. Best breakfast in a week of travelling.
A little noisy, but I think it was more the fault of a specific group of guests rather than the motel itself.

Surestay Hotel By Best Western offers clean rooms with comfy beds, and an excellent breakfast with waffles and boiled eggs. The staff were really good, even keeping my bicycle safe for the night! Plenty of parking space was available, including room for trailers.
